What we do
Kairos buys land, either directly or under contract, and works with home builders and developers who build on it. Kairos acts for its own account as a buyer. Kairos is not a licensed real estate broker or agent, and does not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any property, or a commitment to do so. Any purchase or sale happens only under a written agreement signed by all parties. The information on this site is general and is not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Please consult your own advisors before making decisions about your property or a purchase.

Images on this site, including the renderings of a lot and a home under construction, are illustrations. They do not show a specific property that Kairos owns, has sold or has developed.
